BOOKING TRIPS
Select the Tour Packages of your choice at our Suggested-package Tour lists as you are free to decide your own to suit the duration of your holiday at which type of hotel and how many additional nights you need. Then e-mail us at : infobeligt@gmail.com , we will process your booking request. And we suggest you make the early booking as possible . However, for Tour Packages during the peak months of July, August, September and October,we recommend you book at least 6 month prior.
AVAILABILITY AND RATE
BELIGITA Package Tours are available for all Travelers both for Individual or Groups. All prices are qouted nett per person in US $ or € Euro at current exchange rates and are subject to change accordingly to market fluctuation if necessary. Rates qouted herein are intended for the use of Individual Travellers but we also have a special dial with Tour Operator and Travel Agency and also for all expatriates in Indonesia. Note : Our stated prices in our web page can be changed with or without any notice. RESERVATION To enable us to handle your requirement efficiently, complete details are necessary : – Name and total number of participants should bee submitted – Arrival and Departure schedule with flight details. .
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation will always be advised by e-mail letter o WA, TELEGRAME..etc in case of urgently requested and every party concerned have to responsible for their own expenses.
DEPOSIT/PREPAYMENT
As we usually have to pay deposit in order to secure reservations, a relevant charge or prepayment should be made to So, A deposit of 50% BELIGITA TOURS of the tour price is payable at the time of booking and the balance of the full tour price must be paid upon confirmation of your booking (at least 30 days before arrival time schedule ) .The deposit / prepayment can be remitted to our bank account and /or we also accept Credit Card payment .
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by direct wire transfer (T/T) to our Bank Account as follow or with Credit Card thru PayPal. For Credit Card payment, we only receive Credit Card payment thru our online payment gateway. And to avoid Credit Card fraud, BELIGITA TOURS staff will never asked for your Credit Card details.

After commencement of Tour, no refund, in full or a part, will be given for services included in the programme which are not utilised. For Security Deposit of Car Rental, Refund will be process to your original payment method up to 45 days since the car returned to our Garage.
INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICES
All meals,transportation, transfer, tours, etc. as mentioned in each Tour Package description. Accommodation is in a twin / double sharing room. Single occupancy is also available with a supplementary charge. The Package Tour prices based on a minimum of two persons traveling together.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICES
International airfares to and from Indonesia, airport taxes, meals and / or sightseeing not specified on each Tour Package Itinerary, costs of passports and visas, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charges, tips, personal or baggage insurance, cable telephone or communications charges and items of a personal nature.

TOUR GUIDE
A Package Tour is conducted by experienced English-Speaking Guide, Guides specializing in other language are available on request.
TRANSPORTATION
Fully Air-conditioned Private cars, minibuses or Coaches are used for transfers and tours depending on the number of participants.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Tour Packages participants are advised to take out insurance to cover the following risks while on a tour: flight delay & cancellation; medical, surgical and dental; additional expenses; baggage : loss of money ; personal accident and personal liability.
FORCE MAJURE
Beligita Tours are not responsible for any cause of Force Majure such us Flight delay or cancellation, earthquake, floods and etc that can effect your tours. Travel Insurance is suggested to be purchase for this.
LIABILITY
BELIGITA TOURS : The Company, its Associates or Agents, while taking every care with participants’ luggage or property, shall not accept any liability for damage, loss or inconvenience in the handling thereof. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however, or by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring, of or to the participant if not on board a carrier or conveyance used and operated by the transport companies of firms. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitue the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and purchaser of these tours and / or passanger. The Company strongly recommends purchase of Baggage Insurance.
